Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Pre-ordered items are processed within 1-3 business days after they arrive at our warehouse.
After you have successfully placed an order, you will receive an email confirmation with the details of your order. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam folder or contact us for confirmation.
If you have any questions or changes regarding your order, please contact us immediately at info@protolyse.com. Please note that changes to your order are no longer possible once it has been shipped.
We emphasize the importance of carefully checking and entering the correct delivery address. Protolyse is not liable for non-receipt of your order due to address errors provided by you. In the case of a return due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding shipping costs) and ask you to resubmit your order.

All orders are processed within a time frame of 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Processing begins as soon as we receive your order confirmation via email. Once your order is processed, you will receive a notification letting you know it has been shipped.
Shipping Costs
At Protolyse, we strive to make shopping as convenient and affordable as possible. That’s why we offer standard shipping rates that are favorable to our customers. In most cases, our shipping is free, unless otherwise indicated.

Netherlands / Belgium: Free shipping for standard products
International: Free shipping for standard products
Shipping Times and Types
Here are the estimated shipping times and types for your reference:
5–10 Business Days: International shipping and shipping to the Netherlands/Belgium with free shipping for standard products.
7–12 Business Days: International shipping and shipping to the Netherlands/Belgium with free shipping for large products.
Please note: Although we do our best to deliver your order on time, we are not responsible for any delays by the shipping service.

Return Policy
At Protolyse, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. That’s why we’ve created a return policy to help you in such situations. Here are the details:
Return Period
You have the right to return your purchase within 14 days of the delivery date, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.
Refund
In case of a return, we will refund the full order amount, excluding the return shipping costs. Please note that some items cannot be returned due to hygiene regulations, but this will be clearly indicated with the respective product.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, we kindly ask you to contact us immediately at info@protolyse.com. Please include your order number and a photo showing the condition of the damaged item. We handle such cases individually and aim to provide a satisfactory solution.
Refund Process
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to inform you that the returned item has been received. We will also let you know whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If your refund is approved, the amount will be refunded to your credit card or original payment method within 14 business days, often sooner.
